Biographie :
Ancien juge au Conseil d’État, Yann Aguila a participé au jugement de nombreux grands arrêts en droit de l’environnement rendus par la cour suprême des juridictions administratives. Il est désormais avocat associé au cabinet Bredin Prat à Paris. Il enseigne à Sciences Po et à l’École de Formation du Barreau de Paris (EFB). Président de la Commission Environnement du Club des juristes, il anime le projet de Pacte mondial pour l’environnement.
Former Judge at the Conseil d’Etat – the highest French Administrative Court – Yann Aguila has participated in many famous cases in Environmental law. He is now a lawyer and associate at the firm Bredin Prat, in Paris. He teaches at Sciences Po and at the French Paris Bar School (EFB). As President of the Environmental commission of the Club des juristes, he runs the project of a Global Pact for the Environment.
